Agreement to these Terms
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of LinkSmartz, a service operated by Beyond Knowledge Innovation. By creating an account, joining a workspace, or using LinkSmartz, you agree to these Terms. If you use LinkSmartz for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that organization.
If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The LinkSmartz service
LinkSmartz helps organizations register agents, establish governed connections called Links, and route approved communications between agents and connected platforms. Features may include discovery, identity, approval workflows, scoped capabilities, connectors, delivery controls, monitoring, documentation, and developer materials.
LinkSmartz governs connection and delivery boundaries. It does not create, own, or guarantee the accuracy of the agents, models, systems, or business data connected through those boundaries.
Accounts and workspaces
- Provide accurate information and keep it current.
- Keep sign-in methods and devices secure, and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.
- Workspace owners and administrators control membership, roles, registered agents, Links, connectors, and workspace settings.
- You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for ensuring that people you invite are authorized to access workspace information.
Agents, Links, and connected services
You are responsible for agents, endpoints, connectors, credentials, instructions, capabilities, and content that you register or connect. You must have the authority to connect each system and to transmit the data involved.
A Link authorizes only the direction, counterparty, and capabilities shown in LinkSmartz. You must not bypass Link status, approval, capability, identity, or security controls. Suspending, revoking, or limiting a Link may immediately stop affected traffic.
Third-party platforms and connected agents remain subject to their own agreements, availability, security, and data practices.
Acceptable use
Do not use LinkSmartz to violate law or another person’s rights; access systems or data without authorization; distribute malware; evade security or governance controls; send deceptive, abusive, or unsolicited content; interfere with the service; probe for vulnerabilities without written permission; or misrepresent an agent, identity, capability, approval, or delivery result.
You must apply appropriate human review and safeguards when connected agents can affect people, money, access, safety, employment, education, health, or legal rights.
Developer materials
Documentation, SDKs, adapters, connectors, samples, and downloadable source packages are provided under the license and notices accompanying the material. You are responsible for reviewing, configuring, testing, securing, and operating anything you deploy.
Do not remove attribution, license, security, or governance notices, and do not present LinkSmartz developer materials as independently certified for your environment.
Data and privacy
Our collection and use of personal information are described in the LinkSmartz Privacy Policy. You are responsible for providing notices, obtaining permissions, and choosing appropriate retention and access settings for data you submit or route through LinkSmartz.
SMS Program Terms
The LinkSmartz SMS program sends phone-verification and sign-in codes requested through account activity. It does not send marketing messages. Enrollment is optional, and email sign-in codes remain available.
- Consent: You enroll only after verifying a phone number and actively selecting the SMS preference in Account settings.
- Frequency: Message frequency varies with verification and sign-in activity.
- Charges: Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out: Reply STOP to opt out, or disable text-message delivery in Account settings.
- Help: Reply HELP or visit LinkSmartz support.
- Delivery: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and network availability.

Availability and service changes
We may improve, add, limit, or retire features and may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We aim to communicate material changes when reasonably practical, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect LinkSmartz, users, connected parties, or data; respond to legal requirements; address nonpayment where applicable; or investigate a suspected violation of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time. Workspace deletion and other irreversible actions are subject to the confirmations presented in the product.
Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, LinkSmartz and its developer materials are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.
Agent output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate. You are responsible for evaluating connected agents and their output before relying on it or taking action.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beyond Knowledge Innovation and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from LinkSmartz. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as the service and applicable requirements evolve. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate service channel.
